Ann Ferreira has over 25 years of experience in banking and credit investing. She began her career at Chase Securities on the bank’s global credit audit team. She also served in Chase’s restructuring and strategy divisions, and on the global chemicals industry corporate finance team. Ann has also held senior positions within the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Bank of America in their restructuring and M&A practices, respectively, before joining the partnership of Churchill Capital. Most recently, she served as an investor and advisor to small businesses through her own firm, Good Harbor Capital.
Ann holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has served as a board member or board observer on numerous middle market companies. Ann is also on the Executive Committee of the board of the Minnesota Children’s Museum, and is a member of the Cornell University Council.
